Refund Info:
We will issue refund on 2 conditions:
(1)
Refund
will be issued if customer return the product and ask for the money
back, 25% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the
refund amount.
(2) Refund will be issued on products that are out of
stock, refund will be
issued before we send out your order.

Return Merchandise
Conditions & Procedures:
1. Send email to giftdivas@consultant.com before you
return your order.
2. Merchandises must be receive with in 10 business days from the day
order was delivered.
3. Returned merchandises must be in their original brand new condition with
labels attached.
4. Used merchandises can not be return, NO
EXCEPTION.
5. 25% of re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Customers are responsible for all the return package shipping
cost.

We currently accept payment forms of credit
cards including Visa, Master Card,and
Discover, for domestic located in the US.
We take all payments via Paypal Checkout.

Free Shipping:
We are offering free shipping On ALL orders to
every domestic customers in the USA! Domestic customers receive free
shipping At all times on our website! All of our products everyday on all
orders are shipped for free!!
All of our products are shipped from our warehouses which are
located in california, Florida, Alabama, and
Texas.Shipping time depends on the warehouse that the order is shipped from.
Estimate shipping time:
• FedEx Ground - 7 business Days
• USPS Priority Mail - 7 - 10 business days
Please note:
above estimate shipping time do not include
order processing time. Normally,
order will be processed and shipped
in 2 business day. Processing time during
holidays may vary. And depending on the warehouse the order
has been shipped from the time may vary alittle.
All shipping includes insurance which insures
the value of your order, in case if the package is lost, we will claim the
insurance to recover the lost. We will ship the replacement products
to you when the package is confirmed lost in delivery.
Inventory stocked :
products are ready to be shipped within 48 business hours. However, our inventory may not be 100% accurate, inventory stocked products not available
for immediate delivery will be refund right away.
Repair/Exchange Merchandise Conditions & Procedures:
. Merchandise with manufacturer's defect can be returned for
repair/exchange.
. Send email to giftdivas@consultant.com .
. Return merchandises for repair/exchange must be receive within

. No service will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence.
